An Introduction

After the Storm is the title of the Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay Campaign I started with some complete strangers and one of my best friends on July 3 of 2005. We have now been playing for nearly a year, and those players who were strangers have become some of my closest friends...

The Characters and Players on that day in July were:

Andric Vogel, Human Initiate of Sigmar... Played by Tom

Rudiger Kuhn, Human Thief... Played by John

Oldric Mannheim-Oberholzer, Human Apprentice Wizard... Played by Max

Diebold Konigsamen, Human Squire... Played by Barry

Luther Mohr, Human Hunter... Played by James

Later, these players were joined by:

Throngor Thorlikson, Dwarf Miner... Played by Allen

Nicodemus Krebs, Human Watchman... Played by Nick

Imrak, Dwarf Slayer... Played by Rob

Pippa Darkwater, Halfing Hunter... Played by Amanda

Each of their backgrounds will be placed here on the After the Storm as they were given to the players on the days preceding their first event.

The game being played is Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay, 2nd Edition. The first scenario is from the back of the main rulebook, and the bones of the campaign originated in the Ashes of Middenheim supplement published by Black Industries, with lots of side adventures made by yours truly and major modifications to match my style of play.

Several of the players have contributed to the site with their very fine writings and I thank them for the pleasure of their particiapation and play.

I plan to load a few photos as well and allow the players to post when and as they might have something to add.

Special Thanks to John for showing me that this was not some monumental challenge, and could be a fine addition to my ability to organize everything in an easier to read format.
